RAPID-P is an initiative currently being piloted by Westcliffe Health Innovations in response to the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidance recommending that patients presenting with long-lasting gastric (gut) symptoms are referred promptly for appropriate investigation.

If you are experiencing repeated or enduring gastro problems we recommend you complete a secure online assessment questionnaire which can be accessed by clicking here: RAPID-P

Your answers to the questions will be assessed immediately and you will be informed straight away whether your symptoms should be investigated further by your GP or local specialist clinic, and by what date you should be seen by a clinician.

For further information please visit the RAPID-P website

Online - Register for online to order on our website 24 hours a day.

In person - drop your repeat slip (attached to your last prescription) into the surgery box having clearly marked the items required

The Willows Medical CentreThe doctors and staff at The Willows Medical Centre in Bradford are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.

The practice has a long history which dates back to the 1850s when two qualified doctors are named in the 1851 census. Their address was The Willows, which was situated in premises in the High Street and is now used by one of the two banks in the village.

In September 1974 the practice moved to the new Queensbury Health Centre in Russell Road. We stayed there until February 1999 when we moved to our current premises and decided to, once again, use The Willows as our practice name.

We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

Should you require further details of primary medical services in the area, please telephone Primary Care Support England on 0333 014 2884

We are not a training practice.

The Willows Medical Practice works as part of the Westcliffe Group in that there are formal ties within the partnerships of these practices linking them together.  This allows for the sharing of clinical and non-clinical staff and therefore expertise across a group of practices as well as joined up strategic planning for service delivery.  Other practices that are part of the Westcliffe Group are Westcliffe Medical Practice, Cowgill Surgery (Clayton) and Thornton & Denholme Medical Practice (The Group is called Affinity Care).
